Dry Brushing
Why should we dry brush?
Dry brushing stimulates the lymphatic system, supporting the removal of toxins from the body. It also improves blood flow, increases energy, boosts immunity, removes cellulite and exfoliates the skin.

How dry brush:
It’s recommended that you dry brush before having a shower (or bath if you don’t have a shower, like me!) to remove dead skin and increase blood flow.
Starting at the base of your feet, brush your skin in upward motions towards the heart using short, firm strokes - let the brush do the work - you don't need to press hard.
Use circular motions when you get to your stomach and armpits.
Do the same from the fingers towards the heart.
Follow with a shower or bath.
This is great for detoxifying the body and improving skin health. It’s also an act of self-care which can deeply improve mental wellbeing.
